In recognition of the World Mental Health Day, I have decided to actually DO something about it. I will be offering 6 sessions of ‘Running Therapy’ (a soon to be launched service I am offering) to 2 people (male and female) who haven’t had therapy before and/or who have perhaps been too scared or a little bit reluctant to seek help. I will offer this at a low cost to take away any potential barrier. I am not offering this for free, because I believe it is important to learn to ‘invest’ in our own (mental) health and learn to take better care of ourselves; but it will be affordable.
